MainGo sends transactional SMS messages related to bookings, appointment reminders, and account notifications.



These messages are operational in nature and are not marketing or promotional messages.

By opting in, you may receive SMS messages related to:

• Booking confirmations

• Appointment reminders

• Schedule changes

• Service updates

• Account notifications

• Customer support responses



Message frequency varies based on your activity and bookings.

You opt in to receive SMS messages from MainGo by:

• Entering your phone number during booking

• Creating a MainGo account

• Submitting a contact or booking form

• Checking an SMS consent checkbox that is not pre-selected



At the time of submission, users are presented with the following disclosure:



“By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from MainGo related to bookings, reminders, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.”



Consent is not a condition of purchase.





4. Opt-Out Instructions



You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from MainGo unless you opt back in.
